If you ever have the chance you should try it. An amazing learning opportunity. When I was setting up my first salt tank I remember feeling like a kid again. Everything was new and exciting.

My wallet is too, scared to go,salt water.

Really like salt water tanks though :) some of the most amazing tanks are salt water, and let's face it us oscar peps don't really get to do decorations - let alone live rocks and and anenomes that cuddle the fish... Oh and the amazing fish!

Speaking of decorations, or Don Casanova de la Oscar lost his mind last night. .. everything knocked over, even the intake of the filstar was in the gravel.

I miss salt. I think my favorite fish was the hawk fish. Love the way they swim.

Pic of one of the Bumble bee snails

New One Spot Fox face i got yesterday to help with the GHA

LIttle update: All turbo snails died  Lost 2 damsels, 1 by accident. Blessing maybe since your suppose to have an odd number. Torch coral melted right away  Otherwise everyone else seems to be doing good. Got one mystery coral i believe, it fell off of another coral.

My daughter wants a clown fish tank. Told her if she gets good marks in first grade this year I will do it for her . So salt is in my future. Sorry fr your setbacks but that is where you learn the big lessons....at least for me.

I love rusty angelfish IMO the best dwarfs are flames and rusty...my flame didn't bother Lps really but man did he love soft corals...you may want to stay away from any kind of open brain coral...it's like crack for fish I swear. I have seen tangs picking at it (could be algae on the brain but you never know). But torches hammers or frogspawn should be good. Any kind of euphyllia
