Thank you all! I'm really happy with all the feedback!

I've been taking good care of him. I'm giving him less food now (i remember reading somewhere that as oscars grow older, they should consume less food)
I noticed that his belly is flatter than usual. He is more aggressive during feeding time

Hi all! I Hope that everyone had a nice holiday season :D
I went for a vacation back in my home country for a couple of weeks, and had someone look after Leo. No problems while I was away :)

Anyway, onto our star of the thread!
Here's Leo at (almost) 40 weeks!!!

(Sorry for the quality, try watching in hd)

Looking back, a lot of changes in his behavior were observed. He became very aggressive during feeding time. He loves wc time. I put my hand in, and get to play tag with him. Previously, he'll just sulk into a corner and change color. He yawn's quite a bit (such a huge mouth! not sure if this is a bad thing? I still do my wc weekly)

Some things never changes though. Jumping out of the water during feeding time, bumping his head, and poop. I am almost giving up on plants as well XD. One thing I'm really happy about is that, he never had any kind of sickness. I hope it stays that way.

I think he's around 7 inches (max total length). I'm not sure if that's a good growth though,I read somewhere that the normal would be 10 inches or more on it's first year. I don't think he'll reach that big on it's first year
