That's just evil toom. I just came off a multiweek binge session of reading science reviewed articles pertaining to various dietary supplements and their impacts on fish.... And now you throw 104 pages of taxonomy at me. :scared2: :scared2:

It just does not pay to learn the scientific names of fish because some Limp Johnson with a PHD is going to change it all up on you. Looks like the took Cichlasoma completely out of Central America.

I just copied it on my tab and i will may read it whole if I have a couple of hours spare in a train or on the Toilette, this is even for me a bit much at once :D

The short Version for not so interested people the Umbee cichlid has finally is own genus and is now known as Kronoheros what sounds very badass. They fu...ed Vieja again up and added an Maskaheros, the Red Terror is now Mesoheros and the genus Nosferatu seems to be delated and be restored to Herichthys and yes it seems they want totally away from Cichlasoma.

I also heard from the DCG that someone is also right now playing with the genus Astronotus and that ocellatus and crassipinnis will most likley get at least 2 other sub species.
