I'm looking to continue to improve my fish's diet and overall health. Would vitamins be a good way to do so? I'm thinking one that you can soak pellets and or mix with frozen cubes? What brand do you guys use?

I use Kent Zoe.
Others use Boyd's Vita Chem.

There's Boyd's Vitachem and Seachem Nourish. Some of my fish will take vitachem soaked food, while others will only take nourish. My longest lived fish never had any vitamin supplements, just different pellet brands.

I just use it for flavoring/smell of gel based food. It does have Vitamin C in it now, so that's a benefit for cichlids. I don't know if the garlic extract has the same benefits as putting garlic into the food.

So it's primarily more for picky eaters than anything?

I feed mine freeze dried super krill soaked over night in boyds once a week, its protien/treat night, I feed em on Friday because Saturday is water change day and high protein messy foods will really spike the nitrates.;

If you have a good pelletized food with vitamins and garlic in it, why do you need it with more vitamins or garlic??? sometime more is not always better.
